Russia to lift ban on satellite photo mapping
The Russian government will lift restrictions on satellite photo mapping of the country's territory, the RIA Novosti news agency reported on Monday. According to Russian federal space agency Roscosmos, the limitations will be lifted for photo mapping with the details smaller than two meters in size.
