Accommodations in Hawaii are generally expensive so it's best to plan well ahead for any travel you plan. You can always stay in a good hotel with all the conveniences that come with beachfront property and location.

Setting up a web page or blog on blogger.com is a good idea because you can advertise your home with pictures and descriptions of the attractions in your area.

This may sound like a lot of work but really it isn't. Blogger is easy to use and will be a great contact address to write in your local advertisements for home swapping arrangements or other types of vacation rentals. Remember, planning is the key to finding a successful vacation rental or swap.
