Cardiologists Recommend Heart Supplements

Your heart is one of the most important organs in your body, keeping it healthy can allow the rest of your body to stay healthier as well, today, cardiologists recommend heart supplements in order to keep your heart strong, and free of disease.

If you are eating right, have a regular exercise routine and keep your stress level low, you probably are also taking a few supplements. People who eat right and exercise are more likely to take supplements for their health than those who do not eat right and do not exercise. But you can tailor some of those supplements in order to make your heart healthier.

Along with a diet full of grains, proteins including beans and legumes and possibly lean meat, you're probably also eating a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. They're finding out that although the body can manufacture a lot of health supplements for itself with a good healthy diet, cardiologists are now recommending a multivitamin also. This means that even though you are eating right, you should be taking a multivitamin along with your good diet and exercise regime.

You can also add a few extras for heart health into your supplementation. If you are eating cold water fish three to four times a week, you may not need to take in omega-3 fish oil supplement. But if you are not eating fish, or are eating some of the fatty fishes it's time to add an omega-3 fish oil pill your multivitamin. These omega-3 fatty acids are vital for heart health, and it also will increase the health of your nails, skin, and hair.

Along with omega-3 fish oil pills, make sure you're getting enough vitamin C. If you're not consuming those fruits that contain a lot of vitamin C on a regular basis, add an extra vitamin C for your heart into your diet. Also, look and make sure that your multivitamin and eating program includes plenty of the vitamins, co-enzymes Q10, extra calcium and potassium as well as magnesium, zinc, and magnesium, you need to follow recommended dosages. If you can, it's best to get these vital minerals from your food, but if you're lacking in trace minerals you may need to supplement.

Along with living a healthy lifestyle and staying away from preservatives, extra fats, as well as making sure you're eating all the proper foods and getting enough exercise, cardiologists are now recommending healthy heart supplements such as omega-3 fish oils, vitamin C, B vitamins, coenzymeQ10 as well as if few trace minerals as well. If you're unsure of the dosages that you need to pay, speak to your cardiologists or doctor concerning healthy heart supplements
