* Pelvic pain and or back pain that can not be explained by anything else could be explained by ovarian cancer.

* Cramping in the abdominal area, aches and pains and muscle cramps can also be a symptom of ovarian cancer.

Being diagnosed with ovarian cancer often sends a woman on an emotional rollercoaster ride. However, early detection and treatment is necessary for a recovery with a positive outcome. Maintaining regular doctors appointments to ensure proper health is vital for women. To avoid the cancer from becoming stronger it is vital that you have Pap Smears on a regular basis. When and if you are diagnosed, be sure to follow the doctors orders to again achieve full health of your entire body. If the disease is allowed to become too strong the end result could very well be death.
